Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management solution, which will give you total authority over your email mailboxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can create a new e-mail account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailbox accounts against spam messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailbox accounts against spam mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited electronic mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mails according to certain rules defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your mailbox accounts and choose the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming email messages from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email box accounts. Simply specify the e-mail box you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then select the target mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
